The only product that works

I have been using the treatment for over 10 years. Because my hair thinned and lost its luster after I had kids and when I hit my 40s. This product revitalized it back to my 20s. I would never stop using it as long as I can buy it. All of my friends are using it too and said the same reviews. Even grey hair has improved. I dont know what is happening in the last few months though. The company is out of stock and now the website is no longer working. All of us will be super disappointed if Ovation stops selling their products.

I bought a lot of their products and had close to a hundred dollars in rewards. They stopped selling product directly without warning, told me my rewards would be extended and then shut down and said you can buy on Amazon and it will be cheaper. The moisture system has not appeared on Amazon for several months and I seem to have lost the rewards. Really hate this company, don't believe in their hype.

Can't get my products

I have used your products for years, but have not been able to get ovation cell therapy or color protection shampoo for a while. I am very disappointed because i really liked the way it made my hair look and feel.

This product worked for me. I have used it for many years and recommended it to all my friends.

I am 52 and my hair has revitalized to how beautiful it was in my 20s. Recently, I am wondering what is going on with the company.

Out of stock for months and today, the website is no longer available. I will be super sad if this company goes under.

good thing I only bought a bottle of each step (3 steps, right?of 8oz.) or I would have thrown $100 down the toilet buying the big bottles. that is my feeling on this sht after I used it for thirty days and no positive results. It did not detangle my hair, did not make it longer nor stronger need i say more? ok I will. these I got were on a special offer for Mother's day in 2017, I only paid $40 as I had ordered these online. I thought the texture was not the same as i had tested this product in a lab and had gotten paid $100. when I tested it in the lab, I couldn't believe the results were remarkable, did all that was claimed it would do for your hair, made my nice and smooth and silky soft, detangled, was easy to manage, made it longer and stronger, a bit thicker too. like they say it would and I was so excited when I could buy a kit online so I did. and like I said, when I tried this shampoo kit I bought online, after 30 days, it did nothing for my hair as it did in the lab. I'll say it was a waste of even my 4 bucks! never using this *** again.

I bought my mother this product for 2 years straight. She kept telling me it was making her hair fall out and it felt like straw. I thought it was all in her head then i noticed her starting to have bald spots on her hair and her hair looked incredibly thin. I ruined my mothers beautiful hair. Please if anyone is thinking of trying this take my advice dont.

I have been using Ovation shampoo, treatment, conditioner off and on since 2010. My hair started falling out for some reason at 35yrs. So I decided to try it. I still have issues with my hair but not as bad as before I was using this product. I think its bc our bodies change so does our hair. When I use this product my hair looks and feels great. No other product gives me the same results. I have tried alot. I always come back to Ovation.

The 1st wk of using this, my hair was shiny ,soft and full. But the 2nd wk, still shiny, but the ends are dry now. My hair feels like straw. Im having to do hot hair treatments. Biggest mistake ever

Don’t waste your money

I heard great things about this product from a local radio station (mistake 1) so I wanted to give it a try. I received the products - around $200 worth - and was so excited to use it!

After a week my hair became so dull and felt kind of like straw! I have thin hair so this was heartbreaking! I looked up the return policy and was happy to find a 356 day money back gaurtee.

Packed all my stuff up and took it to send it off, but made the HUGE mistake of not emptying the bottles (they only require bottles) of the nastiness inside and spent $60 in shipping.

*****word of advice*****

Empty the bottles before you ship so you don’t end up paying a stupid amount to send this crap back. I lost $140 and a lot of confidence by using this product!

I don't like the product.

My scalp feels like it's hot and burning. I've had to get up in the middle of the night and wash my hair to stop the burning with another shampoo. The burning stopped. And I continued to use the product without adding any other oils in my hair thinking maybe it's the oil. But I was still feeling the burning. I felt my hair was thinning more and I saw more and more hair on the bathroom floor. Now I have a two inch bald spot above my right ear. I won't be using Ovation anymore. I have used the product for one month. Has anyone else had this problem.?
